Advanced Treatment

From our state-of-the-art  Microscopes to Digital Radiographs and imaging, Meridian Endodontics & Periodontics is proud to offer service that far exceeds the standard of care.  Options such as movies, music, pillows, noise-reduction headsets as well as Nitrous Oxide are just a few of the amenities that we extend to our patients.  Anxious patients may benefit from oral sedation ('sleep dentistry') or even I.V. sedation.  Our paperless practice performs electronic claim submissions and allows patients to complete necessary paperwork online to expedite appointment time.


The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment necessary.  An exact quote may not be given unless a separate examination visit has been completed.  

At the time your appointment is made, we will need all of your insurance information including; insurance company name, your identification and group numbers, the address to send claims and a customer service phone number.  With this information, we are able to electronically file your claim on the date of service.  We are in network with most major insurance providers.  Please call ahead if you have questions about whether we are in network with your provider.  Patients with these insurance companies will be required to pay 20% of the fees on the date of service.  Patients with all other insurance coverage will be required to pay 30% of the fees on the date of service. Patients with no insurance coverage will be required to pay the fees in full on the date of service. 

Please keep in mind that all quotes from the insurance company are estimated and not a guarantee of what your insurance will cover.

Once the insurance company has made their payment,  and the payment exceeds the balance due on your account, a refund check will be sent to the patient approximately the 15th of every month.  When the insurance company has paid their portion and there is still a remaining balance due, a statement requesting payment will be sent to the patient and payment will then be required within 10 days.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.
